How to Claim

Fill out the form below and upload a photograph of your Blue Light card (please ensure the ID number is visible). Once customer services have verified your card you will receive an email containing your Blue Light discount code. This code is unique to you and can be used as many times as you wish to shop with us (valid until your Blue Light card expires).

Terms and Conditions

  • The Key Worker discount code provided is valid for use exclusively by the registered individual.

  • The discount code entitles the user to a 15% discount off purchases made on our website, and excludes clearance lines and colour chips.

  • This discount code cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, coupons, or discounts.

  • The discount code is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Key Worker.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the discount code at any time without prior notice.

  • The discount code is subject to availability and may be revoked if misused or in violation of these terms and conditions.

  • The discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
