We offer free-of-charge delivery on all our radiators, towel rails, valves & accessories to postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland.
For Northern Ireland and all Offshore Islands please contact our customer services team for a delivery quote.

We also offer a specialist 2-man paid-for delivery service which will deliver your items to the room of your choice, please select this option when checking out.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and a Christmas closure period.
All stocked items are delivered in 48-72 hours, colour, special finish and made-to-order products will take longer depending on what is ordered, please see product page details for respective delivery lead times.

Due to the timescales involved with organising a 2-man delivery, this service will add a couple of days to our standard delivery service

Please note: This service is available to all offshore UK islands. However, like our standard delivery service, the price will depend on the location and items required. Returns Policy

We operate a 30-day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
